Can you supply accessories and spare parts?

Yes – we deal with several suppliers and can offer competitive prices. We offer either genuine or after market parts, dependant on the customers preference.

Do you carry out annual services on motorhomes?

Yes we carry out habitation servicing on motorhomes. This is only the caravan part of your motorhome, not the cab and running gear.

Do you offer warranty on repairs?

Yes we do. There is a standard 12 month manufacturers warranty on parts. We also offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs carried out.

Do you offer a same-day service?

Yes, upon request.

Is my caravan insured whilst being repaired/serviced?

Yes – all customer vehicles are insured whilst on our premises. Although we do advise customers to leave any security locks I.e. wheel clamps or hitch locks.

When should I drain the water system?

It is advisable to drain your water down before any winter cold spells to avoid any burst pipes, cracked taps or damaged water heaters. If you are unsure of how to do this, we can offer the relevant advice.

Should I empty personal belongings prior to its service?

It is always recommended that customers do not leave any valuables or personal possessions in their caravan and that the floor areas are always kept clear for ease of accessibility.

What forms of payment are available?

We only take cash on collection of your caravan.

When should I change the tyres on my caravan?

Tyres are advised to be changed within a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years.

When should I have my caravan serviced?

It is recommended that you have your caravan serviced every 12 months to ensure that there is no water ingress, gas safety, brakes and lights are tested amongst many other checks.

Can you provide insurance estimates?

Yes – we can provide a competitive estimate and this is free of charge.

We are open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm.
